COREnection is a small-group training program designed for women of all ages and fitness levels who want to feel strong, grounded, and look for a sustainable change. 
 
You’ll build functional strength, improve posture, and activate your deep core stabilizers using functional training.

 
Find your way back to the essence of movement and make a long-term change for yourself. 
 
This is not just about working out – it’s about coming home to your body.

You'll get: 

  • Monthly focused small-group training (max. 6 women)

  • 24 training sessions (2x sessions/week on Fridays & Sundays)

  • 60-minute guided workouts
